Don’t feel bad. When I ate steak in the past, I wanted it well-done out of fear of foodborne illness. Seems silly now that I regularly eat raw fish. :p

Damn, all this talk about steak is making me crave it.

At one point in my life, I considered becoming a vegetarian, but it’s become clear that I won’t be able to give up meat.
