Not that people adopt for the tax credit, but there are thousands of kids waiting and hoping to be adopted, who are currently living an uncertain life as wards of their various states, and every little bit of encouragement helps.

Exactly. And you know what it could possibly reduce the abortion rate which I thought would be something the GOP would want but guess not.
