I don’t know. There’s probably probation rules for Louisiana out there somewhere. I don’t know if there are different level of probation either. Sometimes there are conditions like drug testing. I imagine it would have to be relative to the case.

I doubt they’ll make his do drug tests of even assign a probation officer. I think that stuff is decided by the judge. They’ll just keep his name on file in case he shows up in court again.
