Constitutional rights like repealing the 13th and 14th amendment, I guess.

And the 16th and 17th, if some of the crazier elements are to be believed. Oh, and the 26th. I remember the Freepers making a big deal about repealing the 26th back in the 2004 election. I can only imagine how badly they want to get rid of it now.
