And if the gas pricing pressures ease you’ll see a comeback of the gas guzzling SUV. Unless the path is simply to pass the regulations pressuring less use of gasoline from the pump to the car lot.
And that is also ignoring where the gas taxes are going. Are they simply a revenue stream for the state, or do they actually go towards necessary maintenance and improvement of infrastructure?
