My bro would love to go under the wire, he’s a self employed mechanic. Of course he’ll never be able to since the IRS nailed him on his back taxes something like 10 years ago (he neglected to file one year - long story). Once you get on their bad side you are always in their sights it seems.

yep…they are right around the corner…they will get me again someday
