It sure seems that way (on twitter). I saw the surveillance video and the police were pretty close to the guy. If they can miss (and I wonder how many bullets were in the guy, did any pass through him and hit other people), what makes other people think they’d do better? It’s much different shooting at a range and being in a dynamic situation. Reminds me of the people who think cops should shoot the gun out of someone’s hand or hit them in the leg or something.
