He looked really awkward signing it-as thought the paper was slithering away under his pen. Now, I don’t blame the paper for trying to escape, but that could account for the signature.
Since the president tends to have a competent doctor in his general vicinity much of the time, I’m sure someone will notice if there is an actual medical issue.

Trump most likely has a competent doctor near him just like Elvis Presley did.
