If Jesus is involved in everything (or controls everything, or God does), such as ensuring you survive a medical condition, then he also causes the bad things (stillbirths, childhood cancer, birth defects, mass murder by gun, &c).

The people who post those sorts of graven images (prohibited by the X Commandments Suggestions) never want their deity to be responsible for the bad stuff even though they claim he is responsible for everything (such as a doctor spending years in school learning his or her skills).
