“I hit a guy with my car, he yelled at me, so I get to plow my car into his and shoot at him.” That’s an interesting definition of self-defense, there, crazy people.

The guy who shot back would certainly have a legitimate claim of self-defense in any state, if Kuczwanski indeed did shoot first. At least that’s true if he’s white; different rules apply to people of color.
