I am sorry, but I haven’t read this whole thread. Still, where is the Protocol Office? I realize that the new person isn’t there yet, but surely someone in this administration knows what is required! Did they explain that to O? Or did he know and just blow it off? Hillary also made several insulting mistakes. For heaven’s sake, where are the Russian language experts? It does look like amateur hour, and it can’t all be O’s fault except for the fact that he did choose these people.
