OTC, I’m reading exactly what you say. I’m not the only one, either.

I want the Arab nations to produce more than just oil and I’m fine with the US investing in those nations and providing development aid. I want to help them, I’m not some South African asshole who wants to keep them in perpetual poverty. However, while I want to help the people there, I’m afraid I must say that I do not fully trust them. Back when Sicilians were immigrating to Chicago in large numbers, there were no large demonstrations in Sicily calling for attacks on America. The hate-America virus is strong in the Middle East, and that drives my concern more than anything.

You’ve already said several times you want NO “Arabs” here, and you think Congress should reverse the Immigration Act of 1965, which overturned immigration quotas based on country of origin and other race-based criteria.

Not even “Arabs” who are Christians, displaced from wars we have waged on Iraq, are allowed here, I guess. /

BTW, you can leave the “South Africa” canard out of it — you’re not a minority white insisting white rule in an African country, you’re a majoritarian bigot insisting on bigots-rule.

I’m talking specifically about Americans espousing anti-immigrant sentiment which dates back to the founding of the country. That includes you, so no excuses.
