Yep and although the healthcare issue here may contain a lot of debate on delivery methods, problems, costs or the debate about allowing more privatization etc etc the basic principle of right and entitlement for all citizens to healthcare no matter who they are, their level of health and financial means is never in question.

This is why I have such disdain for Obama and the Dems for pissing away a historic opportunity to pass a single payer system.
