My middle son loves Pleasantville. I think it’s a pretty good way to discuss racism without first offending whites (which should be a concern, but we whites have such tender feelings). It’s got a good number of symbols in it. One of the ones we noticed is that when people start changing, significantly more women do at first than men.

Good little movie. I love the premise.
