Gotta love seeing a stupid meme saying the media “never talks about Chicago” when it comes to gun violence and Chicago has strict gun laws blah blah. Okay, first off, the media does fucking talk about Chicago. In fact, wingnuts are obessed with Chicago. Secondly, acting like strict gun laws fail because of Chicago’s murder rate ignores one crucial little fact, Chicago is near Indiana which has equally lax gun laws. Our states ain’t vaccums.

Gun laws aren’t that strict anymore in Chicago anyway. Concealed carry is allowed and people can actually own guns besides shotguns there now. So it’s total bullshit.
