Some experts here are saying this is Trump’s (or his lunatic nazi coterie’s) way of creating a crisis in order to pull out of the WTO and the GATT.

I didn’t quite follow the reasoning but they speculated that if the US pulls out of the WTO, it may then be forced to pull out of the IMF and the World Bank as well.

I do not see this as part of any contrived plan, just a natural consequence of electing an unqualified candidate as president.
