That’s really how they see it, that they’re running a mock trial. And in the worst tradition of rape trials, they’re putting the accuser on trial while the accused is treated as a “victim.”

That has been what infuriates me the most especially from those crying about Augh’s due process. Innocent until proven guilty doesn’t mean you put the vic on trial and beyond a reasonable doubt doesn’t include absurd theories like a guy who was in a “Clit club” and keg club was a Virgin and only occasional drinker. Augh’s lies will hopefully finally catch up with him tomorrow.
