When you say “the stain of Bill Clinton’s legacy”, are you referring to the sexual scandals? I loved President Clinton and remember his eight years as good times. His affairs were between he and his wife, imho.

Yeah, basically. President Clinton was one of the better Presidents policy-wise, as far as I’m aware, and he presided over a prosperous and relatively peaceful time in our country’s recent history. But people still hate him because of all the icky sex stuff. It’s sad, honestly.
