Because Roe support in the US is at 70/30 now. Possibly higher because I think the 70/30 data is from 2018.

I’ve had a weird gut feeling for a little while now that SOMETHING is going to derail the ACB confirmation before it becomes a done deal.

Maybe it’s just a desperate hope… but the way every move by the GOP has ended with a rake to the face lately, I really wonder what kind of surprises this story will yet yield.
