Anyone familiar with the gun laws there? Is it possible the perp couldn’t get his hands on a gun at all? (Not being snarky or anything, just curious.)

Was it lawhawk who earlier mentioned he had ‘beheading’ on his mind. I’m thinking his choice of weapons points in that direction. Wonder if they get brownie points for a killing like that?
