Note “a” Mexican heritage day. There are Boston high schools where you don’t wear orange on 17 March.

But the wearing of Orange does represent the clash of a specific group of people against another - most notably being violent.

Wearing attire that represents the flag of a Nation that these kids live in specifically should not be seen nor interpreted in the same light.

May 5th may be a national holiday in some countries, but not here in America.
