I hear your points. I do not disagree that the far left mixed with a strong dose of European antisemitism has been an issue for decades. However, the polarizing insanity of Bush, I strongly believe pushed many who were left leaning into the arms of the far left, and with that came a dose of Israel hatred. There was never the organized anti-Israel stuff you see on college campuses today like there was during Bush, and honestly since Obama took office, that has died down.

LVD, blaming Bush for good “left leaning” folk turning into anitsemitic far left socialists is like blaming Obama for “right leaning” people becoming paleocon birchers. Until people either start taking responsibility for their insanity, or people stop finding excuses for other people’s craziness, we will be doomed to repeat the cycle. What do I know though? I am classless and uneducated. ;)
