I’m convinced that’s exactly why suspect. Fox is saying the Navy saw the pirates were agitated and waving their guns around, so they took a clear shot. Oddly, I’d seen a earlier report that the 16 year old surrendered because they pirates had run out of ammo, but it disappeared off the web site, so who knows. I don’t care if they shot the bastards because they were caught smoking when the smoking lamp was not lit.
