Absolutely they do. However, those cases are far and few between and I am not in favor of registration for those few cases. In a crime of passion the police would have plenty of other evidence to identify the killer. I know it used to be in California a large percentage of homicides were gang related which I am sure those gang members would not be registering their firearms.
So because there are crimes that gun reg doesn’t solve, that’s all the argument you need?
