I’m not sure if smaller plates would work. It’s not really about portion size of the meal in itself but we have a fucked up perception of the make up of a meal.

I suppose now you’re going to try and convince me that the bowl of Haagen Dazs Chocolate Chocolate Chip ice cream I just had doesn’t count as supper?
