Things like “All of them, Katie” are memes…I haven’t seen a shop for that. Memes are designed to get a certain relatively simple idea across easily and quickly, and to reinforce that idea in those who already have that idea.

They can be done in text, visual or audio or some combination.

True and I still think the altered graphic is the most used way to convey and evolve them.
