This year I tried something different. For the first time in 30+ Thanksgivings, I cooked the stuffing separately.
Mrs. FBW and The Boys said the birds had been too dry.

MUCH easier!

I had never heard of cooking the stuffing inside the turkey until a couple of years ago. We had always cooked the bird by itself, with tons of butter jammed under the skin, and upside-down until the last hour or so.
