I am now rescinding my suggestion to donate through ActBlue. I just tried to donate to Doug Jones, declined the request to leave a tip to them, and found that they’d allocated half my donation to themselves.

I’ve contacted them and told them that if that’s not corrected, this will be the last they see of me. Haven’t heard back, but it is Sunday.

When I donated last week, I got a confirmation email thanking me for my recurring donation. I had to go back to the site and change it to a one-time donation.

I thought that was kinda sketchy.
