I have to call on the cell phone to report my VOIP ‘Los Of Signal’ by the phoneline. It’s like dealing with 3 different companies. I have to admit their India trouble call centers were very proactive on solving my problem and dispatched an AT&T tech within 2 days.
CenturyLink plugs calling by cell phone if you lose your Internet service. It’s a very long advert you have to listen to before you get to the “press or dial these options” menu.
It doesn’t matter how many times I complain about “we have no cell service, can you offer a skip option for that.”
