Just wanted to out this out here. My town is having a debate via op-eds in the local paper over taxes and funding the local library. The two arguments against the memorandum are: no new taxes (it would be tied with the school) and that services provided by the library are provided by other places like the unemployment office and various social service places that hold visits.
