Calling the help line to the disbursement centre was no help: They would mail you a plastic card for 50% of the settlement.

I really hate how companies and such are intentionally leaving rural areas behind (or trying to screw us with massive credit card fees). Another notch in my post on why I despise libertarian capitalism.

Make sure all your neighbors know the BIF is spending billions on rural broadband. Don’t let them think your governor had anything to do with it.
