This is the coldest day of the season in this area, so it’s the traditional Go Out And Buy A New Battery Day. I’m about to go and pull one out of a friend’s Honda unless it takes a good charge.

It’s been a while since I’ve had to buy a battery. I think the last one I bought was in the winter of 2020, for my little daily driver, since it was seeing very little use in the midst of the pandemic. In addition to the brand new battery, I also ordered an additional battery tender for it so that I could keep the battery in Mrs. Fish’s land yacht on its tender.
