The law requires the ALJ to submit findings to Raffensperger, who then makes the ultimate decision as Georgia Secretary of State.

Once Raffensperger issues his decision, each side has 10 days to appeal.

I kind of expected this, to be honest. After Mr. Dunford explained that he doesn’t think this administrative hearing was the best place to litigate Margarine Tater-Greens’s status as an actual insurrectionist, I figured it would be denied. Realistically, the way to get this to happen would be to get her expelled from the House, or at least charged with seditious conspiracy. That might still come out later, but until then, I can’t say specifically that a judge should find adequate cause to have her removed from the ballot.
