They are talking about actually crashing the government. At some point, the Constitutionality of this would have to be questioned. The Constitution was never meant to be a weapon to actually dismantle the government and produce anarchy.

When my tinfoil isn’t adjusted properly, I begin to suspect that the goal of the Tea Party, whether individual Tea Partiers know it or not, is precisely to dismantle the US government. And I’m not saying it’s aliens treason, but it’s aliens treason.
