SYG was the cited statute that the police chief used to let Zimmerman go on the night of the shooting. So there is that. Also as I understand it, a defense hearing on SYG has not yet been decided.

AFAIK, an SYG hearing has been scheduled for April, with the formal trial (assuming it happens) scheduled for June.
