Not formally yet. Here’s why I like Walker for the nominee. I think he has the ability to appeal to the big money donors i.e. the Kochs as you mention but also the base. A guy like Jeb really only appeals to the establishment and on the flip side you have Cruz who only really appeals to the base. I also think Walker is goign to push himself as a “winner” in that he’s won three elections in quite blue Wisconsin.

But Wisconsin is in the toilet. Or is that a feature not a bug.
