re: #187 directorblue

Someone’s going to have to explain this to me:

I don’t get the disconnect.

Still looking for a good explanation myself.
We have this…
re: #20 Altermite

Most of the people who have been dropping out of the GOP have been going independent- think fiscal conservatives and such who honestly couldn’t join the democrats but no longer feel welcome in what was once their party.

Well that doesn’t make much sense if you look at the independents in the poll.

re: #193 austin_blue

I think the hard left and the hard right are entrenching and the rest are galloping toward the middle in the way they identify themselves.

This doesn’t make much sense either if you look at the poll.

re: #221 avanti

The Hot Air linked Gallup poll is party identification and is a “outer” according to Nate Silver. The more recent one, is how fast it’s eroding in different demographics, mostly to the independents.

Here we have Nate Silver statistics… Who can be proven wrong for only counting most MSM reports of tea party attendance. Nate was obviously not looking into attendance that was not covered by the MSM.

re: #356 Thanos

These are just plots in time, it could turn right back around next month. It seems like Republicans lately have to be paranoid about something or the other on any given day. Here’s a chart that is a nightmare if you think about it longer than a minute.

People looking for outliers…

Unfortunately this is the way 21st century American politics works.

Bully your political opponent into submission… Regardless of topic or consequences.

Their way or the highway.
