Maybe Romney felt Obama/Pelosi/Reid and the yes’s breached their oath to defend the Constitution because he felt that there are some provisions in the bill which are unconstitutional?

‘Unconstitutional’ is a big and scary word which got flung around with some abandon on the left during the two Bush Jr. administrations, and has now been picked up by the right during the past year.

Key thing here is, that’s not Romney’s call. That’s SCOTUS’ call, and if they get called on to voice an opinion in this matter, theirs will be the last word.

So, nu. On with the battle.
