Have the ICC announce a case being opened against Yanukovych? Seize the assets of Yanukovych and his allies? An Interpol arrest warrant for Yanukovych and members of the ruling party?

What can they really do?

The word ‘sanctions’ has appeared, but it’s not exactly a quick-fix proposal.
