That simply is not true; what is true is that right wing extremist groups can be expected to increase in activity under a Democratic administration, just as left wing extremist groups will show a surge under a republican administration.

The report is one of many like it commissioned to make law enforcement aware of certain trends and groups that warrant monitoring. People looking at it for signs of a conspiracy need a reality check. I’d have hoped that events of the last few weeks would have served as that reality check, and yet incredibly some want to see the DHS report as about political maneuvering rather than a valid and justifiable law enforcement document.
