Thus it only benefits a select few or the proverbial front office. The company moves manufacturing overseas but it result in no benefit to the American people and the working class that rely on these jobs. Consumers only get cheaper washing machines.

At what point does a company based in the USA with manufacturing overseas remains an American company? Eventually, in my view, if Whirlpool moves all manufacturing to Mexico they should be considered a Mexican company.
