What I don’t see right now is a White House acting like its in crisis mode. If this was utterly unexpected by them we’d probably see a mass mobilization of Trump surrogates on Twitter and all the networks spinning like mad.

What I’m seeing, to borrow from the late Tom Clancy, is an administration that couldn’t guard a Turkish whorehouse, much less do anything worthwhile inside of it.
