The thing is, you can train a computer to detect specific words and phrases, but when they start speaking in euphemisms and using dogwhistles, how’s a computer going to know? Either somebody has to keep it up-to-date, or it has to be smart enough to learn when a person is using a certain word/phrase/sentence in a pejorative fashion.
