I think worse than the true believer is one that promotes it purely for personal enrichment.

The populist….telling them what you think they want to hear for your own personal advancement. It’s nothing but pandering and represents a moral and intellectual bankrupcty.

That’s one of the challenges I have with FNC - a number of their commentators take MSNBC to task for pandering to the hard deranged left - yet they remain far less outspoken for those on FNC like Beck and Napolitano who pander to the conspiracy theorists on the hard right.

Unless FNC wakes up to this hypocrisy, they will legitimately be tainted by their association with those who celebrate Alex Jones and his ilk. And I don’t think expressing that they provide commentators like Beck and Napolitano with the freedom to speak what they believe will fly. Irresponsible speech should always have repercussions.
