Off-topic food question (but it’s a word salad thread).

Was walking about for lunch today and saw a newish burger place advertising itself in large letters as “Kosher Glatt”. Figured someone could clue me in on whether this should be anything special.

I passed it up to try out a falafel sandwich at another newish place. (This section of Philly has 2-3 places with good falafel.) I got a good sandwich and the spicy peanut sauce on it was really good. Place called “Crisp” that appears to be an expansion from a chain in NYC.
