Just popping in, this has nothing to do with anything but I read somewhere that Bowe was upset when he saw a kid get run over by a military vehicle.

That’s what I’d read too. And it seems he wasn’t upset so much by the kid getting run over as the lack of concern from his fellow soldiers over the incident. Or so I’ve been led to believe.
