Dem lawmaker: Obama budget is a ‘nervous breakdown on paper’

I can’t get too excited about Obama’s budget proposal. It’s not going to pass anyways. Republicans will force a stalemate until the very last moment and then pass a bare minimum, stop gap measure at the last second. Nothing’s going to change in the foreseeable future.
