That case will go exactly NOWHERE. There’s nothing in libel law that requires journalists to even give Weinstein a right of reply, to say nothing of some sort of grace period. This is the kind of privilege Weinstein has been exercising all these years and I hope some judge smacks him silly with his legal briefs.
