As for what Larry Elder was doing, he was touring a homeless camp in Venice and using the homeless as a photo op, while the people there were all booing him.

Let me guess, he’s promising to “Clean up” the homeless problem without giving specifics like “Providing housing” or “Financial assistance,” leaving the more likely answer to be “Make being homeless a crime so we can help make the private prison system even wealthier.”
