I should talk. We barbecue in all kinds of weather up here in Northeast CT. Snow, rain, sleet, cold, it don’t matter. Course it’s just me and the wife. And it’s just an old Webber Gas Grill, so in reality, it is not REAL barbecuing. I do like watching those shows on Food Channel about the best barbecue joints in America. Too bad we don’t have anything like that up here.
